Today’s pie: apricot raisin sour cream

Crust was of the drunk variety; very tasty, had a mild flavor that complimented the mild character of the pie body.

The filling had the density of a cheese cake, but not the sweetness. The sweet character came from the fruits suspended within, and lead to a unique taste experience of creamy, with tasty bursts of flavor, with both the raisin and the apricot having their own distinct qualities.
This was perfect pie.

yay pie
